Thoroughly clean wall and make sure it is dry. For newlypainted walls let paint "cure" for 10 to 15 days before to putting on decals. Even if new paint feels dry, it may nevertheless need to settle and fullydry. Gradually go down over the design with your hand and smooth the element onto surface (and press the bubbles out as you go). Once applied you ought to be able to move any leftover bubbles out by pressing/smoothing them out of the section. If the problempersists (this would onlyoccur with the giant decals), you can punch a tiny (invisible to the eye) hole with a pin to press the air out.
